Terms and Conditions

                                                                ORDERS 

          Orders are processed within 72 business hours of being received. Most orders are shipped with USPS, and some larger and longer-haul deliveries go via FedEx or UPS. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 2-14 business days. The longer the distance from South Carolina, the longer it takes to arrive. Once shipped Marianne Marie Pottery will provide you with tracking information. Local pick-up is available upon request. Please contact me for a convenient time to pick up your order. Shipping costs for orders are based on the order amount and weight and calculated automatically by the shopping cart. 

          Marianne Marie Pottery is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. Marianne Marie Pottery is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in the shipping address, or package refusal. If you refuse shipments from Marianne Marie Pottery, you are still responsible for all original shipping charges. 

          Marianne Marie Pottery accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. 

                                                     RETURN POLICY 

          You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase online. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packing. You will be refunded the cost of the item via the original form of payment. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Marianne Marie Pottery. Marianne Marie Pottery is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so make sure to pack the items well and include insurance. All items are priced as marked. Clearance items may not be returned. 

                                                      DAMAGE POLICY 

          Marianne Marie Pottery makes every effort to pack your pottery in a manner that will survive the shipping process intact and all breakable items ship insured by the carrier. However, there are times when your stoneware pottery may arrive broken. If that happens, please take a picture of the bow your item came in, the broken item (sometimes the shipping carrier requests them), and let us know within 72 hours of receiving your items. You will receive a full refund of the item including the shipping cost.       

                                                      REFUND POLICY 

         You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days after Marianne Marie Pottery receives your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, altered, or used. You will receive an email when Marianne Marie Pottery receives your return. Customers are responsible for items lost in the mail during the return process. Any items not received will NOT be refunded.       

                                                    CANCELLATIONS 

          Cancellations on an order can be made within 48 business hours of purchase or as long as the purchase items have not yet shipped.
